SELECTED WORK
Overview
Dance Break is an interactive product designed for live environments where attention is scarce and conditions are unpredictable.
Problem:
Brands invest heavily in presence at events, but often lack products that drive repeat participation or measurable outcomes.
Role:
I led the product from early concept through repeated live deployment, owning product vision, roadmap definition, and execution across design, partnerships, and operations.
Outcomes:
68%+ replay rate, 2x conversion on a shipped product
Deployed across 15+ live events with repeat brand partners
Built and led a 15+ person cross-functional team
Raised $300K+ pre-seed; Techstars alum
ABOUT ME
Shipping products in live environments made one thing clear: strong product decisions only matter if the teams and systems behind them can execute consistently.
What I do
I help teams move from ambiguous ideas to shipped products by creating clarity, aligning people around outcomes, and designing for how users actually behave. My focus is not polish in isolation, but momentum, learning, and results.
My role is to define product direction, make tradeoffs, and build the systems and teams required to ship and iterate in the real world.
As Test Jar Labs scaled, my role evolved from founding product designer to product and organizational leadership.
My focus has consistently been on building systems that enable teams to ship well, not just on individual contribution.
I build teams and systems that operate well under ambiguity.
My focus is alignment, clear decision-making, and ownership over micromanagement.
When teams have trust and shared goals, quality scales without added process.
