Overview

Dance Break is an interactive product designed for live environments where attention is scarce and conditions are unpredictable.

Problem:

Brands invest heavily in presence at events, but often lack products that drive repeat participation or measurable outcomes.

Role:

I led the product from early concept through repeated live deployment, owning product vision, roadmap definition, and execution across design, partnerships, and operations.

Outcomes:

  • 68%+ replay rate, 2x conversion on a shipped product

  • Deployed across 15+ live events with repeat brand partners

  • Built and led a 15+ person cross-functional team

  • Raised $300K+ pre-seed; Techstars alum

ABOUT ME

Shipping products in live environments made one thing clear: strong product decisions only matter if the teams and systems behind them can execute consistently.

leadership & systems

leadership & systems

As Test Jar Labs scaled, my role evolved from founding product designer to product and organizational leadership.

My focus has consistently been on building systems that enable teams to ship well, not just on individual contribution.

What I do

I lead products from early concept through live deployment in environments where attention is scarce, conditions are unpredictable, and outcomes are measurable.

My role is to define product direction, make tradeoffs, and build the systems and teams required to ship and iterate in the real world.

1

Defining product vision from loosely defined, high-constraint problem spaces.

2

Translating creative ideas into scalable, production-ready systems.

3

Prioritizing features and decisions for engineering, design, and business goals.

4

Measuring success through user behaviors, value, and iteration.

DESIGN × PRODUCT × BUSINESS

My training in architecture and design shapes how I approach product problems: as systems with constraints, users, and long-term consequences.

That perspective has helped me bridge creative ambition with business reality.

work with me

I work with teams navigating ambiguity: consumer facing products, evolving brands, and experiences that need to work in the real world.
